Voices of the Families We Serve

We had the pleasure of working with BHN to better help and understand three of our 51Æ·²èÔ¼ÅÚ. We learned how to better communicate with them and how to give them the necessary skills to communicate in a variety of ways to decrease frustration. We learned how to prompt skills and fade support to build independence, as well as the value of a consistent approach.

Our 51Æ·²èÔ¼ÅÚ gained many skills throughout our time with our providers. In particular, our youngest has become able to demonstrate awareness of others, and to communicate wants and needs, giving us a glimpse of what our 51Æ·²èÔ¼ÅÚ were truly capable of achieving. The amount of trust we had in the knowledge and competency of our providers was immeasurable. There are not enough words to properly describe the gratitude we feel for the care we have received from BHN.”

Lynn & Shannon, Parents

Our In-Home Behavioral Service team came into our lives during the most challenging time my daughter experienced. Our BCBA immediately took my concerns very seriously. She understood my daughter's triggers, needs and strengths. With her tireless effort, she has implemented a daily behavior plan, educated me on how to handle situations before they escalated and helped me comprehend my child's train of thought. This has been life changing for both my myself and my child.

Our BCBA and RBT have gone above and beyond in supporting our family. They have both been incredible sounding boards in my daughter's IEP and 51Æ·²èÔ¼ÅÚ and have enthusiastically collaborated with her other mental health care providers. I could not be more grateful for their consistent, vital presence and their incredible work ethic. The difference they have made in our lives with their services is astounding.

Mellissa, Parent

Who We Serve

Our ABA services support 51Æ·²èÔ¼ÅÚ and youth under age 21 who have an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and could benefit from additional behavioral support.

A child may be eligible if they:

  • Have a current physical and a formal autism spectrum disorder diagnosis from a licensed physician or psychologist
  • Have completed a comprehensive diagnostic or functional assessment (such as the Vineland‑II or ADOS‑2)
  • Experience behaviors that significantly impact daily life, learning, or safety—for themselves or others

We accept most private insurance plans, most MassHealth Managed Care plans, and private pay, helping make services more accessible for families.
